About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planner to join our team at Northrop Grumman Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and efficiently managing the process and resources required to deliver maintenance and modification services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor production plans, taking into consideration manpower, tooling, and parts availability.
- Harness the power of production data analysis to identify areas for improvement and spearhead solutions.
- Deliver safe, cost-effective, and timely maintenance to the fleet.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Develop and maintain technical records and document control systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning or project management and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience in production and manpower planning.
- Knowledge and experience with aircraft technical records and document control.
- Familiarity with CAMP and iFlight is advantageous.
- Ability to obtain a Defence security clearance (Baseline) and be an Australian Citizen.
