- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, production control, or a related role within an IT environment.
- Experience with IT production control software and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in a technical context.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with job scheduling tools.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office tools, DB2, and Unix.
