Job Opportunity: Regional LeaderWe are seeking an experienced Regional Leader to lead our facilities maintenance operations across challenging locations in Eastern Australia.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a region that includes multiple sites, each managed by a Site Manager who reports directly to them. The role requires developing effective working relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring key performance indicators are met, and promoting service delivery excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with external and internal clients
  • Ensuring the portfolio achieves financial targets and meets key performance indicators
  • Providing leadership and management oversight of all services, performance monitoring, reporting, and asset management
  • Promoting and supporting our safety culture framework and enabling attraction, development, and retention of top talent
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in understanding and meeting client needs
  • Proven years of industry experience (Facilities, Project, or Asset Management)
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership position, including leading business growth strategies in project management services
  • Previous experience managing a large revenue stream and being responsible for budgets and managing contracts
