Job Title: Regional Operations Executive

The Regional Operations Executive is a senior leadership role that oversees the operational aspects of all practices within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide Practice Managers in their region to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and maintain operational policies and procedures across all practices, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Review and approve recruitment decisions made by Practice Managers, focusing on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Evaluate staff training and performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and the executive team to achieve short-term goals and long-term vision.
  • Visit practices regularly to inspect key behaviors, provide guidance, and support growth initiatives.
  • Maintain high IT, facilities, and aesthetic standards across all practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or health administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and practice management applications.
  • Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate staff effectively.
