Regional Operational Leader

This is a leadership role where you will oversee multiple stores in your region and shape our operational standards. You will guide, coach, and uplift Store Managers to deliver exceptional service, results, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Leadership: Coach Store Managers to grow their leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
- Driving Consistency: Reinforce our operational standards, ensure consistency across stores, and support customer-focused operations.
- Enhancing Execution: Observe, coach, and support across key operational areas.
- Providing Insights: Inform performance conversations and regional actions with data-driven insights.
- Fostering Excellence: Identify coaching opportunities and highlight team success.
You will cover stores within the greater Brisbane area with limited travel to Far North Queensland. Alternate Saturdays will be spent building store capability and addressing escalations across the region.
Requirements- Multisite Experience: Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services with a focus on operational support.
- Coaching Skills: Strong coaching and communication skills with a practical mindset.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Confidence interpreting reports, tools, and store-level KPIs to guide your support.
- Solutions-Focused Approach: A solutions-focused approach to compliance, service, and standards.
- Independence: Comfort working independently and spending most of your time in stores.
