Relationship Manager, Commercial

This role requires a professional who can provide tailored banking solutions to experienced commercial and property finance investors operating in Brisbane area.

  • Lead the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Manage approval processes and documentation, and foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and provide development opportunities for junior team members to achieve current and future objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in implementing sales, service, operational, process, and credit quality initiatives.
  • Represent the bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance.
  • Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions.
  • Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills to deliver bespoke solutions for client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Established networks to provide new business opportunities and support growth.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded.
