Business Banking Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Executive to lead our team in Southern Queensland. Located in Dalby, this region covers Kingaroy and Goondiwindi.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team to maximise customer growth, drive key revenue & financial targets, and enhance market presence.
  • Provide leadership support in skills development, relationship development, and guidance in achieving individual business plans.
  • Accountable for executing risk appetite and culture as per the bank's risk appetite.
  • Key influencer working across the region to bring to life our proposition, growing/deepening industry specialisation.
  • Significant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability, with significant Revenue responsibilities, Lending footings, and Deposits.

Requirements

  • A strong banking background in business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strategic customer relationship and operational management e.g. income mix, pipeline management, prospecting, and acquisition.
  • Experience in building own and enterprise brand in the external market.
  • Leadership in driving People and Change management initiatives.
