Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking professional to join our team as a Relationship Builder.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with medium to large-sized businesses across Australia, providing them with innovative products and services to help drive their success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading a successful Commercial Banking portfolio, with experience in lending above $3m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, whilst maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • To develop and implement effective relationship-building strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive revenue growth.
  • To work closely with colleagues to provide tailored solutions and support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Commercial Banking, with a focus on relationship-building and portfolio management.
  • Highly skilled in credit analysis and financial planning, with a deep understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
