A prominent manufacturing organization seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead their Mechanical Engineering team. The team specializes in sophisticated electromechanical equipment, including starters and generators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution and communicate progress and risks to senior leadership.
  • Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and manufacturability standards.
  • Manage multiple product lines across various mechanical disciplines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, testing, supply chain, and quality.
  • Handle team resource planning, recruitment, training, and development.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support market success.
  • Identify technology gaps and develop innovation roadmaps.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing.
  • At least 2 years managing engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in GD&T and core mechanical engineering principles.
