Principal Employee and Industrial Relations Consultant
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our industrial relations activities and projects. This includes providing expert advice and consultancy services to ensure positive and constructive employee relations.
This role involves leading complex industrial relations consultancy and negotiations, managing and delivering high-quality employee and industrial relations consultancy services, and representing the organization in legal and industrial proceedings.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in industrial relations or a related field. They will possess highly developed negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex industrial relations consultancy and negotiations.
- Manage and deliver high-quality employee and industrial relations consultancy services.
- Provide executive-level strategic advice and briefings.
- Represent the organization in legal and industrial proceedings.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
- Lead stakeholder relationship management and training development.
