Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the internal communication strategies that support our staff, stakeholders, and public perception.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective communication plans, identify specific internal audiences, and create message platforms tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level advice on communication-related matters to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Strong skills in identifying and understanding internal audiences and developing targeted communication approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging communication materials.
  • Knowledge of branding and image management principles, with experience in establishing publication protocols.
  • Familiarity with media liaison and media monitoring tools, and the ability to analyse the effectiveness of media liaison strategies.
