About the Role

integratedliving Australia Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Professional to assist our clients in their homes and communities.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, available from Monday to Friday with flexibility around service times between 8am and 5pm depending on our client's needs.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients so they can continue enjoying a high quality of life whilst remaining home and independent for as long as possible.

You must be able to travel to various locations on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal preparation)
  • Foster an inclusive environment of social support that ensures our clients are engaged and happy
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients
  • Assistance in the community with recreational activities including but not limited to grocery shopping or medical appointments
  • Transporting clients as required
  • Report changes in health and well-being as ongoing

About You

We are seeking a genuinely passionate Support Professional who enjoys interacting and working with the elderly. You will be values-driven in your approach to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

Required Skills, Experience, and Credentials:

  • Current driver's license
  • Registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Confidence in using different forms of technology such as a smartphone or tablet
  • Customer Service Focused to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of clients in a clear, concise, and patient manner
  • Ability to exercise high empathy, compassion and respect when liaising with clients
