Job Overview:

We are seeking a Facilities Professional to join our Property team. As the local contact and representative for facilities management, you will provide exceptional service to staff and manage the facilities service, maintenance, repair, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for building issues relating to air conditioning, plumbing, lifts and electrical, furniture repairs, maintenance, etc.
  • Monitoring and oversight of property facilities services contracts with external vendors
  • Contribution to effective and efficient end-to-end services within the property department
  • Management and finalisation of service requests allocated via channels including phone, service portal or in person
  • Utilisation of systems and databases when undertaking duties
  • Administrative support to the Facilities Manager as required

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong background in Facilities Management
  • Able to develop and maintain working relationships across teams and functions
  • Ability to tailor and adapt communications to each individual
