Facilities Manager Position

This permanent, part-time position is based at our facility and includes providing after-hours support. As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for tenancy management functions, cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring the health and wellbeing of tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenancies effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Work collaboratively with tenants to maintain their health and wellbeing
- Assist with meal preparation and provision
- Provide on-call support as needed
You will work closely with a team-oriented group and have opportunities for professional growth and development. We are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Requirements:- Demonstrated understanding of issues affecting people experiencing homelessness
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and occupational health and safety requirements
- Certification in Safe Food Handling or willingness to obtain it
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with computer systems and software
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles
