
Senior Site Facilities Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as expertise in facilities management and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for facility services including cleaning, security, laundry, catering, ground maintenance, lifts, waste removal, fire and safety services, and utilities management.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities such as HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Monitor energy consumption and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Respond promptly to utility emergencies and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance programs for utilities and infrastructure within the facility.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop an annual budget for facilities and services requirements.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain control measures to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the facilities requirements of all site-related projects.
- Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, utilities, and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility operations, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
