">This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, delivery, and coordination of vocational training programs for internal and external staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in training design, development, and delivery, as well as the ability to deal with sensitive or confronting information.
">Key Responsibilities

- Support section staff to design, develop, deliver, and coordinate vocational training programs">
- Assist with the identification and research of training, learning, and development issues and solutions">
- Maintain accurate and timely records in relevant systems and training documents">
- Coordinate and deliver external and internal training sessions on-site or off-site, face-to-face or via virtual platforms">
- Develop and maintain training materials, including session plans, manuals, guidelines, handouts, and eLearning courses">

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning platforms, flexible learning technologies, or similar systems">
- Enterprise Trainer – Presenting Skill Set qualification or the ability to acquire this quickly">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $93,000-$115,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
