$43-$68 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
About Us:
OCTEC Limited is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO 90142) based in Orange NSW. We are dedicated to providing exceptional training services, and our Trainers and Assessors are employed on a casual basis.
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer with recent experience or maintained industry currency in the relevant sector (e.g., Aged Care, Disability Care, or Community Services). The successful candidate will have participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements. Additionally, they must hold TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit and TAEASS502 unit, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher-level adult education qualification. They should also hold the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services or be able to map their experience to the qualification. A Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check are essential. If you are a skilled Trainer looking for a new challenge, please read on for further details.
Requirements:
• Hold TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit and TAEASS502 unit, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher-level adult education qualification.
• Hold the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services or be able to map their experience to the qualification.
• Recent experience or maintained industry currency in the relevant sector (e.g., Aged Care, Disability Care, or Community Services).
• Participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements.
• Current driver's licence and be willing to travel.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
