Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Employment Opportunities Trainer and Career Guide. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of training to small groups of adult learners, contextualizing and tailoring training to meet the needs of our participants.
You will also provide students with individual attention, support, and guidance to maximise every learner's chance of successful completion. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and assessment in a variety of environments, including classroom, workplace, and online settings.
- Contextualize and tailor training to meet the learning needs of our participants.
- Provide individualised support and guidance to learners to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality training programs.
We are seeking an experienced trainer and facilitator who can demonstrate a passion for assisting others with their career goals. You will have a proven track record of delivering training programs, with a focus on employability skills and career development. Your exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, will enable you to engage with diverse audiences and build strong relationships with learners and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will possess a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to travel to different sites and undertake training blocks on short notice. A Working with Children's Check and National Police Check clearance are essential requirements for this role.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
