Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive promotional strategy to optimize trade spend, drive sales growth, and achieve market share objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between supply and market demand.
- Forecasting and Planning
- Deliver precise forecasting rationales and assumptions, closely aligned with annual strategic plans and prioritized objectives.
- Range Reviews and Documentation
- Lead comprehensive range reviews to ensure seamless alignment between supply and market demand.
- Meticulously document all activities, ensuring financial projections are accurately synchronized with demand planning and promotional cycles.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Degree qualified within business or a related field.
- 5-10 years' experience within FMCG Sales, Grocery, or Independent.
- Technical Skills
- Experience navigating one of the following platforms: Quantium Checkout, Synergy, IRI, or Nielsen.
- Soft Skills
- Data and commercially savvy with the ability to present findings to key stakeholder groups.
- Resilient and able to work within changing customer landscapes to deliver on growth targets.
