Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotional strategy to optimize trade spend, drive sales growth, and achieve market share objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between supply and market demand.
  • Forecasting and Planning
    • Deliver precise forecasting rationales and assumptions, closely aligned with annual strategic plans and prioritized objectives.
  • Range Reviews and Documentation
    • Lead comprehensive range reviews to ensure seamless alignment between supply and market demand.
    • Meticulously document all activities, ensuring financial projections are accurately synchronized with demand planning and promotional cycles.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree qualified within business or a related field.
    • 5-10 years' experience within FMCG Sales, Grocery, or Independent.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience navigating one of the following platforms: Quantium Checkout, Synergy, IRI, or Nielsen.
  • Soft Skills
    • Data and commercially savvy with the ability to present findings to key stakeholder groups.
    • Resilient and able to work within changing customer landscapes to deliver on growth targets.
