About the Role

Macquarie University is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to develop and set the strategic directions for STEM-enrichment programs in Australia. This role oversees the development and implementation of training programs, events, outreach activities, and initiatives to advance STEM education nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance the reach and impact of STEM programs in Australia and internationally.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs, events, and outreach activities.
  • Foster and build connections and partnerships with external stakeholders and industry partners to support STEM programs.
  • Assess, adapt, and implement changes from LEGO and USA headquarters into the Australian market.
  • Work to increase partners and participants in STEM programs.

About You

You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, able to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail. Your communication prowess, both written and verbal, will be exemplary, reflecting your collaborative nature as a team player. Additionally, your strong problem-solving abilities will enable you to handle multiple tasks effectively.
