Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the QA Team and staff in maintaining product specifications, certificates of analysis, and other QA-related duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Clerical duties including data entry
  • Processing certificates of analysis and following up non-conformances to ensure conformity to standards required
  • Investigating and updating technical data
  • Maintaining product specifications and related documentation
  • Assisting in providing quality industry-related information to sales staff and customers
  • Ensuring the validity of all supplier information documents uploaded into the system
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written skills, excellent time management skills, and intermediate computer literacy skills in the Microsoft suite.

  • Previous experience in an office support role, liaising with staff at various levels and divisions of the business
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in science or related disciplines (desirable)
  • Certificate of analysis and product specification experience would be an advantage
  • Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet
