We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to drive compliance and embed a culture of quality excellence.

This is an opportunity to lead transformational initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with site teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance across multiple commercial service areas
  • Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and food safety systems
  • Build relationships with commercial customers and resolve escalations
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Organics and other relevant standards
  • Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in a relevant discipline including Quality Assurance is highly desirable

As a member of our national quality team, you will provide leadership in your area of expertise and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the quality function across the Work portfolio.
