We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Co-Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching.

The centre is a not-for-profit establishment that provides exceptional care and education to young children. It embraces the Reggio Emilia Approach, valuing each child's unique capabilities and fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.
Position Overview:
This role involves working collaboratively with experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0 – 2 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education.
- Providing high-quality care and support for young children.
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
- Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Minimum 2– 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Full working rights for Australia.
