We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Legal Aid NSW in Narrandera. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
About the Role
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a stimulating and educational program that meets the needs of our diverse community. You will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children. You will have a Diploma or associated Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA, a minimum of 12 months' experience in early childhood services, and a demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Framework and Standards.
You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. If you are driven by a passion for early childhood education and have a genuine interest in working with children, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate programs for individuals and groups of children;
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment;
- Contribute to the overall procedures of the campus-based Children's Centre;
- Collaborate with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs;
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively with fellow educators.

As an employee of Legal Aid NSW, you will enjoy a range of benefits including a salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
