Early Childhood Educator Role at Montessori Academy

Montessori Academy is seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals. Located in Sydney, this role offers a competitive salary package, with annual leave loading and childcare fee discounts.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to work as part of a collaborative team, providing high-quality education to children under the age of six. As an Early Childhood Educator at Montessori Academy, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the Children's Program, reflecting Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
You will work closely with families to ensure effective communication and provide individualised support to children. This role requires a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
About YouWe are looking for a qualified educator who holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). A Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate are also mandatory requirements.
