As a seasoned professional, you will lead the design and delivery of technology risk management initiatives to safeguard our business against emerging threats.

The ideal candidate will oversee a growing team of Technology Risk and Compliance experts, providing strategic guidance on technology-related risks and ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust technology risk practices, assess control effectiveness, and facilitate incident management to minimize potential impacts.

Provide insightful advice to senior leaders on technology risk trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhanced risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in technology risk/compliance, tertiary qualifications, CISA or CRISC certification, and proven leadership skills.

A strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements, technical knowledge, and change management principles is essential.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are required to succeed in this role.
