Technology Risk Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead technology risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure effective risk oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify operational vulnerabilities, provide strategic guidance to address challenges, and implement preventive measures.
- Lead thorough investigations of risk incidents, uncover root causes, and recommend robust solutions.
- Embed a proactive risk culture through training, workshops, and assurance reviews.
- Develop and implement control testing using advanced data analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in technology risk or cyber risk management, preferably within financial services or professional services.
- Proficiency in process automation, coding, or data analytics tools.
- Lateral thinking skills to navigate complex situations and grasp abstract concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues.
