We work closely with our clients to identify their goals, build skills and job-readiness, and provide ongoing support through interviews and into employment.
Our approach focuses on placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes, while ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the process.
As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment, building relationships with local employers, and ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Ensure our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Ideal experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- A strong desire to be part of a broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
