Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centered care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged/Disability Care
  • Experience in community aged care/disability care (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards elderly residents
  • First aid and CPR certification
