As a Career Coach, you will provide person-centred support to participants in our Inclusive Employment Assistance program.

Responsibilities
  • Individual Advocacy: Work one-on-one with participants to develop personalised employment plans and build confidence through coaching.
  • Systemic Advocacy: Identify and report on systemic issues to contribute to broader advocacy efforts and influence positive change in policies and practices.
  • Case Management: Manage your own caseload, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and compliance with program guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A proven track record of working with and advocating for people with disability.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in the disability sector, including an understanding of social justice and human rights.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field like Human Services, Social Work, or Community Services, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
