About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our Improvement and Sustainability Unit, part of the Finance Directorate. The successful candidate will assist in the scoping, costing, planning, implementation, delivery, closure, and evaluation of complex projects and initiatives that contribute to priority service redesign, efficiency, and improvement strategies across WCHN.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project/program design and management techniques, methodologies, and related activities, including the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of projects and strategies dealing with complex issues, including sensitive matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies
  • Coordinating and leading complex change projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with senior staff, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Performance monitoring and utilising high-level conceptual and analytical skills
