Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project processes and systems to support the Portfolio's business needs

- Experience with M365 technologies, mobile device rollouts in enterprise environments, or across diverse locations, and knowledge of PMO Governance will be advantageous
- Experience implementing and applying project management principles and methodologies
- Experience and expertise as a successful project coordinator / administrator / officer
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with people at all levels and produce written reports of a high quality
- Knowledge and experience in business change management desirable
- Well-developed analytical skills and demonstrated ability to gather and interpret information
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Project Server / Online, MS Office suite, Teams / Share Point / M365, JIRA, and Confluence
