About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our Improvement and Sustainability Unit, part of the Finance Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the scoping, costing, planning, implementation, delivery, closure, and evaluation of complex projects and initiatives that contribute to priority service redesign, efficiency, and improvement strategies across WCHN.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project/program design and management techniques, methodologies, and related activities, including the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of projects and strategies dealing with complex issues, including sensitive matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing, managing, and leading complex change projects involving multiple stakeholders from various professions/occupations and levels of seniority.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships and working cooperatively and constructively with senior staff, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Performance monitoring and utilizing high-level conceptual and analytical skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project/program design and management techniques, methodologies, and related activities.
  • Experience in organizing, managing, and leading complex change projects.
  • Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring and utilizing high-level conceptual and analytical skills.
