At Tideri Jobbörse, we're seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of regional facility management operations, including maintenance services, minor tenancy refurbishments, relocations, environmental and sustainability programs, WHS, and business risk and continuity management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing to the strategic framework for the delivery of facility management and a new service delivery model
* Managing the overall performance of regional facility management operations
* Identifying, managing, and escalating risks associated with regional facility management operations, programs, and assets
* Ensuring that all Facility Management maintenance and service requests are resolved efficiently and in accordance with established service level agreements
About You:
* Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operations, contract management, health, and safety practices in the workplace, and associated corporate communications
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, intermediaries, and service providers
* Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints, achieving sustainable outcomes
