Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail portfolio supporting multiple sites in the West/Central West of Victoria. As a key professional, you will work closely with the National Portfolio Operations Manager and exercise autonomy in your role.

You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and preparing detailed reports on the day-to-day operations of the centres, ensuring a high level of presentation at all times. You will also monitor the performance of external contractors, manage incoming and completed work orders on the CMMS system, and generate weekly reports on asset presentation status and ongoing works.

Key partnerships with external contractors and stakeholders will also be managed. The role involves working flexibly, being based at one site and managing time across the others, or having flexibility to work from home at times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial or retail background and a good understanding of plant and equipment as well as essential services. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with good organisational and time management skills.

Additionally, great internal and external contractor management skills and the ability to work autonomously are necessary. A clean drivers license and own vehicle are also required for this role.
