Our team is seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Student Information Systems Team, you will be responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of UNSW College's student systems, including the Student Management System, Timetabling and Class Allocation Software, and Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements, plan, and implement new features in existing systems
  • Provide primary functional support to end users relating to student systems
  • Create technical and user documentation for systems and interdependent applications, working closely with subject matter experts and vendors
  • Manage and monitor system setup and administration, including access levels and user permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems, identifying root causes and translating solutions into modified processes and specifications
  • Oversight of system integrations and data flows
Requirements:
  • Appropriate qualifications or experience in administration and information technology, preferably in an educational environment
  • A proven ability to maintain SaaS Applications and their procedural documentation and to effectively communicate requirements to staff and vendors
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and their administration, such as Azure Cloud and Atlassian suite
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing innovative solutions to practical system management problems
