System Administrators play a vital role in the smooth operation of corporate services. In this hands-on position, you will oversee IT infrastructure and handle second and third-level technical support for customer systems.

This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations across all environments. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality support for various systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and networking infrastructure.

You will also contribute to technical projects, manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, and work closely with customers to ensure their systems run efficiently. Your expertise should encompass proactive system maintenance, updating documentation, and working with third-party vendors.

We seek an experienced professional with solid hands-on experience in IT support and system administration, as well as extensive knowledge of Windows Server, 365, Active Directory, and Exchange. Familiarity with Citrix Xen App, VPN, and networking (routers, firewalls) is essential.
