Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical System Administrator.

  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Airtable and excellent communication skills.

This position involves providing ongoing technical support across live Airtable systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support Specialist - Provide round-the-clock assistance to resolve technical issues within live Airtable systems.

  • Issue Triage and Resolution - Investigate reported problems, gather context, and identify root causes.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and implement fixes.
  • System Optimization - Track recurring issues and suggest long-term improvements or optimizations.
  • Quality Assurance - Perform testing to ensure system updates are stable and well-executed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Deep expertise in Airtable, including formula management, interface design, views, automations, and base design.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple threads.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Notion, and other modern low-code tools.
  • Prior experience in a systems administration, support, or technical coordination role is a bonus.
