Job Title: Senior Engagement Officer | 1212 Month Contract
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Officer to support program engagement requirements for significant and complex HR systems implementation.
The successful candidate will develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate stakeholder engagement and capability uplift strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in implementing and measuring the success of communication plans, change management approaches, project management skills, proficiency with digital communication platforms, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy for the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) program.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Execute Communication Plan: Execute a comprehensive communication plan to inform and engage employees throughout the lifecycle of the HCMS program.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and program alignment.
- Manage Program Presence: Manage the HCMS program's presence on internal communication channels.
- Organise Stakeholder Feedback: Organise stakeholder feedback to inform program decisions.
- Evaluate Engagement Activities: Assess the effectiveness of engagement activities and make data-driven adjustments.
- Oversee Engagement Events: Oversee the planning and execution of engagement events.
- Advise Program Leadership: Advise program leadership on stakeholder concerns.
- Facilitate Change Advocate Network: Facilitate the program's change advocate network.
- Collaborate with Training Teams: Collaborate with training teams to ensure engagement efforts are synchronised with training schedules and materials.
- Ensure Clear Communications: Ensure all program communications are clear, concise, and accessible.
- Work with External Vendors: Work closely with external vendors and consultants as required.
- Maintain Program Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of the program's objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create Reports: Create reports for program leadership and stakeholders on engagement activities.
Desirable Attributes: Experience in implementing and measuring the success of communication plans, change management approaches, project management skills, proficiency with digital communication platforms, and analytical abilities.
