HR Specialist for Workforce Engagement

The People & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving workforce culture, engagement, and capability.
- Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and Learning & Development
- Leading and mentoring the People & Culture team
- Building positive, professional stakeholder relationships
- Driving retention and workforce wellbeing strategies
- Overseeing WHS and workplace injury management
- Aligning operational goals with organisational vision and values
This role requires an experienced HR leader with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business, or a related field
- 3 - 5+ years' generalist HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance and performance management
- Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
