Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Officer to support the Program engagement requirements for significant and complex HR systems implementation, to achieve successful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement within large-scale IT or system implementation projects, preferably in human capital management.

The Senior Engagement Officer will implement the stakeholder engagement strategy for the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) program, aligning with the overarching business objectives. They will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to promote buy-in and support for the HCMS implementation.

The role involves execution of a comprehensive communication plan to inform and engage employees throughout the lifecycle of the HCMS program. The Senior Engagement Officer will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and change management, to ensure consistent messaging and program alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
