Drive Customer Success as a POS Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in APAC. As a key player in deploying innovative solutions, you will manage queues and optimize customer journeys using ChurnZero with minimal human interaction.

This role is at the intersection of technology and customer experience, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and tailored point of sale solutions for small business clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive implementation plans for point of sale systems, leveraging automation and digital workflows.
  • Implementing and configuring software solutions using automation tools to meet client specifications.
  • Managing queues within ChurnZero to streamline and automate processes.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any concerns.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients on the effective use of the implemented point of sale system.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of point of sale system implementations through thorough testing and validation.
  • Maintaining implementation documentation, including status reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of implementation projects.

You will also contribute to wider team learning and development by sharing knowledge and expertise, and participate in case study opportunities and customer recognition programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer success role, preferably with training and professional services experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the retail industry.
  • A motivated approach to achieving results.
