About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through seamless implementations of our platform, ensuring their successful adoption and integration.

You will lead multiple implementation projects for diverse clients, managing timelines, client expectations, and collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent project management skills, technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure the Deliverect platform to align with specific client requirements, integrating POS systems, online ordering platforms, and various third-party applications.
  • D deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during the implementation process, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, utilizing tools like JIRA or Asana.
  • Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations, including hands-on experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
