About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to lead projects across the ANZ region, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, from planning to execution, to meet agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, commercial teams, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate meetings, and document key actions and outcomes.
  • Closely monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders using RAG reporting.
  • Oversee project financial management, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
