HSE Manager - East Region
">Job Description:">- Lead our HSE strategy, shaping safety culture and driving compliance across operations.
- Develop and implement sustainable business outcomes in a high-risk industry.
- Develop, oversee, and maintain our national HSES strategy.
- Coach leaders to strengthen HSE accountability at all levels.
- Conduct ICAM investigations for significant incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Manage ISO45001 certification and maintain compliance with legislation and company systems.
- Develop and deliver HSE training and onboarding for managers and staff.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and management reviews, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Analyse safety data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support sales and marketing teams by embedding HSE into customer tenders and collateral.
- Manage return-to-work programs and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and key external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify hazards, risks, and opportunities to continuously improve HSE performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Empower our leaders and teams with continuous learning and development.
- Lead in sustainable practices within heavy equipment and high-risk industries.
- Offer opportunities for career growth within a respected global organisation.
