We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Violence Counsellor and Support Worker to join our well-established counselling team in Sunbury.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of family violence issues, as well as a solid understanding of counselling skills and group work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals and families experiencing family violence
- Complete administration tasks, including client documentation and team support duties
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals and families experiencing family violence
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
