About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team in providing support to individuals affected by domestic and family violence. As a First Response Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing telephone and online counselling services to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide brief, outcome-focused counselling services to clients via telephone and online platforms
* Assess the unique needs of individuals seeking support and develop effective intervention plans
* Work collaboratively with a team to provide a high-quality, clinically-informed service

Requirements:

* A minimum three-year bachelor's qualification in a relevant field
* Eligibility to register with a Professional Body at the required level (PACFA, ACA, AASW, or AHPRA)

* Strong computer skills and experience with using systems, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet
