
Chief Revenue Growth Officer

Responsibilities- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities to fuel company growth and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold-calling and email campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to craft service offerings that align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize business value.
- Monitor market trends and track sales performance, adjusting strategies proactively to stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business.
- At least five years of solid experience in business development and sales.
- Proven track record in Australian BDM market settings and C-level facing.
- Experience with Hubspot is highly valued.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills with comprehension.
