The role of a Revenue Portfolio Manager is pivotal in achieving optimal returns for short-term rental properties through the implementation of data-driven pricing strategies, accurate forecasting, and performance tracking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth using tools such as PriceLabs.
- Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze booking trends, seasonal demand, and competitor rates to drive revenue expansion.
- Performance Monitoring: Create and maintain rolling 12-month forecasts for the portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of performance reports (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Owner Relations teams to align goals and objectives, while leading pricing configuration in systems like Guesty, SiteMinder, and BI tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in short-term rentals or multi-property settings.
- Skillset: Proficiency with revenue/dynamic pricing tools and distribution systems, along with strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Cognitive Abilities: Commercial acumen with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset, coupled with clear, confident communication skills to influence stakeholders.
