Job Opportunity

The Head of Commercial will lead all commercial functions across the organisation, including procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract management.

About the Role
  • Drive a commercial strategy and lead impactful projects across a national network.
  • Owning procurement operations, transformation initiatives in a leadership role.
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer and act as a strategic conduit across operational, commercial, and executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and within-budget results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze financial data to inform commercial decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial background with senior leadership experience in procurement, commercial operations, or project delivery.
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing detail and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience managing internal teams and external suppliers or partners.
